-In my first post here, a colorful shelf cloud moves over NASA’s Vehicle Assembly Building at Kennedy Space Center in Florida on April 28, 2011, before a scrubbed attempt to launch Space Shuttle Endeavour. The shuttle eventually lifted off a few weeks later on its last mission to the International Space Station. Shot at 18mm, ISO 500, F5 and 1/125 of a second.

One of my favorite storm moments I have ever captured. I think I am more drawn to all of the dynamics taking place above the tornado than the actual tornado itself. The notch where the inflow met the RFD was the clearest I’ve personally ever witnessed. Taken near Woonsocket, SD on 6-18-14.
